It is our hope that the Jewish sages represented in this volume, many of whom are known in rabbinic circles for different pearls of teaching, will finally be included in the Jewish discussion of Isaiah’s “Suffering Servant”, a topic on which they likewise deserve to be heard. If the community that claims to honor the wisdom of the Chazal will repent of selective censorship of that wisdom, it will be a first step back toward integrity in handling the Divine words entrusted to our people Israel.
